X-RAYS

X-rays are a type of radiation that uses energy beams for imaging and therapy. How? Electromagnetic rays of short wavelengths can penetrate opaque matter to light rays, and impinge and penetrate substances to affect a photographic plate. This photograph taken with X-rays is commonly practiced in radiography, radiology, radiotherapy and research.
