HONEY
Honey is high in minerals and antioxidants and has antimicrobial qualities. The syrupy liquid or nectar that honeybees collect from flowering plants for the production of honey has numerous uses. It is available in various densities and flavours in the market. Honey contains Glucose, Vitamin C, B complex and antioxidants.
Honey offers a number of possible health advantages and has therapeutic benefits. Honey is also used in home remedies and added to some herbal powders and herbal teas for consumption for its medicinal benefits. Some of the health benefits of consuming honey are :
- Helps in reducing inflammation
- Helps in burn and wound healing
- Proven effective against cough symptoms
Many people find honey and lemon tea or water an effective cleansing drink.

Ingredients: Honey and Lemon
Method:
- Boil 1 cup of water
- Add 1 teaspoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon to the cup
- Add a pinch of cinnamon powder ( optional )
HAZELNUT
The filbert, or hazelnut, is a kind of nut that grows on the Corylus tree. Turkey, Italy, Spain, and the United States are the main countries where it is grown. Hazelnuts can be consumed raw, roasted, or mashed into a paste and have a sweet flavour. Hazelnuts, like other nuts, are loaded with nutrients and contain protein, lipids, vitamins B3, B1, B6 and E, calcium, magnesium, potassium and minerals.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

HIV
